Our legal trading name is Bear and Moo Limited.

All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars.

We accept credit cards via Shopify Payments, Laybuy, Afterpay and Humm. 

Payment must be received before orders are shipped.  You can read our full shipping and returns policy here.

If there is an inaccuracy with stock numbers or pricing, we will contact you via email as soon as possible and will happily refund you or put your payment towards another item. 

On the rare occasion that you find a fault, please contact us immediately on hello@bearandmoo.co.nz.  If, after the item is returned and inspected, we deem it to be faulty and not wear and tear, we will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@bearandmoo.co.nz.  Any cancellations received prior to shipping may incur a 10% handling fee. 

Bear & Moo takes no responsibility for any misuse of products or damage caused by incorrect washing of the nappies.  Please ensure you wash the nappies before first wear.
