How do I join?
Simply create an account on our website and you’re automatically a member and will start earning points.
What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Our rewards programme is a tiered programme that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. You also earn points for a range of things like following us on social media, leaving product reviews and even having a birthday! In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn free shipping and get exclusive access to vouchers, launches, promotions, giveaways, and more. I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards programme. If you have hadmore than one customer account with us, please note that only onerewards account can earn points on each transaction.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer service by emailing hello@bearandmoo.co.nz and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
How can I earn points?
Visit www.bearandmoo.co.nz/pages/rewards to see all the ways you can earn. You earn on all your spend with us, plus other actions like social media follows, reviews and more.
How do I redeem my points?
Head to www.bearandmoo.co.nz/pages/rewards and click on Redeem under the voucher you wish to redeem for.
How do points convert to dollars?
As Newbie, Hooked and Obsessed members, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. When you move up to the highest tier and become an “Addicted” member you will be earning points faster! Earn 1.5 points per $1 spent. These points can be converted to vouchers depending on how many points you have.
Can I earn points at Baby Expos or in person?
You can earn points when you shop at our HQ shop. You cannot earn points at Baby Expos and other events.
How can I earn points for leaving a review?
After you make a purchase we will email you a review request. Simply complete this and the points will be automatically added to your account once the review has been confirmed at our end.
Can I review products without receiving a request email?
Unfortunately not. We are currently only rewarding verified reviews.
I can’t find my discount code!
Once you are logged in, visit www.bearandmoo.co.nz/pages/rewards and click on Rewards History. Any codes you have redeemed will show there. Otherwise feel free to email us on hello@bearandmoo.co.nz and we can help.
Do I have to use all the discount code at once?
Yes – the code is only valid for a single transaction. If you don’t use it all, you will lose the remaining balance.
My code isn’t working, what should I do?
Codes are only valid on full price items, so will not work on sale items, value packs, bundles, gift vouchers or Mystery Boxes. If your cart only contains full price items and you’re still having issues, please email us on hello@bearandmoo.co.nz and we can help.
Can I use a rewards voucher with a discount code?
No sorry, it is one discount per transaction.
I redeemed my points for free shipping but I’ve been charged for shipping?
The ‘Free Shipping’ code is actually a voucher for $8.50 discount (our flat rate shipping fee). What this means is that the $8.50 will have come off the product total, rather than the shipping cost, but don’t worry, you still saved $8.50!
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.
Is there a minimum spend?
For the Free Shipping and $10 voucher redemptions, there is no minimum spend. For the $25 voucher redemption there is a minimum spend of $50. For the $60 voucher redemption there is a $120 minimum spend. This means you need to add that value to your cart before you add the discount code (e.g. add $50 worth of product, then add your $25 voucher code and pay $25).
Do my points expire?
Yes – points expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means you need to either earn points or redeem points every 12 months to keep your points.
Can the vouchers be used on sale items?
No, vouchers are only valid on full price items and are not valid on sale items or if you have a bundle or another discount code in your cart. You cannot stack discounts.
Do my discount vouchers expire?
Yes – they are valid for 3 months from the date of redemption.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount? What will happen to my reward points?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
I redeemed points but now I’ve changed my mind, can you cancel the voucher?
No sorry, once you have redeemed your points the voucher will be saved in your account to use when it suits you. You have 3 months to use it, so it doesn’t need to be used immediately.
How is my VIP tier determined?
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in your lifetime spend with Bear & Moo.
You start out as a newbie member, then:
For Hooked, you must spend $250.
For Obsessed, you must spend $500.
For Addicted, you must spend $1,500.
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
How do I know when I’ve reached another tier?
You will get an email from us to tell you you’ve levelled up! Plus when you log in to the rewards page, it will show you your current tier level.
How do I check my points balance?
Simply log in to your account at www.bearandmoo.co.nz/pages/rewards to see your balance.
I think I’m missing points, what should I do?
Email us on hello@bearandmoo.co.nz and we can investigate it for you.
How do I get my birthday points?
As long as your birthday is entered into your account, the points will be added automatically on your birthday. Ensure you have entered it day/month/year. If you’re not sure or need to check, please email hello@bearandmoo.co.nz
I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.
The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.
If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit. Please contact our email hello@bearandmoo.co.nz if you need further assistance.
I referred a friend and they placed an order but I didn’t get a voucher?
You no longer get a specific voucher, we add 250 points to your account instead. You can choose to redeem this for a $10 voucher, or you can save up the points for a larger reward. Please note that the friend must have clicked the link in the email in order for you to get the points, and it must be their first purchase. If they went direct to the website, unfortunately you cannot claim those points.
I have a referral code but it’s not working?
Please ensure you are meeting the minimum spend requirement of $65 (excl. shipping). If you’re still having trouble, please email us on hello@bearandmoo.co.nz and we can look into it for you.
